This October will be "Children's Vision Month" and Doctors of Optometry across Canada will aim to reach every child by a month-long media campaign to educate the public on why our children require comprehensive visual assessments. A school screening doesn't replace that and parents should be aware. Also from September 23 to November 4, 2014 Doctors of Optometry will run a Children's Vision Month Sweepstakes with more than $5000 in prizes.
